Studio Nicholson offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced items, ensuring that each modular piece meets our standards of fabrication and fit. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Generate and print your pre-paid courier label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
